30-Day Return Policy
We want you and your pet to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging
- You must contact us within 30 days of receiving the item
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Non-Returnable Items
- Edible products (treats, supplements, food) once opened
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear
- Items marked as final sale
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@apexfur.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will send you return instructions within 1–2 business days
- Ship the item back to the address provided
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and credited to your original payment method.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@apexfur.com with photos and your order number. We will send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
